Correspondence from Rawdon Reilly to his sister Emma Pinckney nee Reilly, 29 October 1893
Rawdon thinks Emma's idea to start a collection of stamps is a good idea. Rawdon is making a collection of skins and describes some of the local animals. A wild deer wandered into the camp but was not caught. There are some dangerous traps laid for animals along the footpaths. Rawdon complains that it is hard to get his leg apparatus repaired where he is. There is a young lady from Manipur staying with them who has been made an honorary member of the Mess.
