Correspondence from Rawdon Reilly to his sister Emma Pinckney nee Reilly, 1 June 1891
Rawdon wishes Emma Happy New Year and Happy Birthday. He is currently on leave in Europe [Monteure?] and arrived there from Marseilles the day before. He is surrounded by mountains topped with snow and believes it is the most beautiful place he has ever seen. He describes other parts of the journey including his brief stay in Aden.
