Correspondence from Major Noel Edmund Reilly to Lt Col Rawdon Reilly, 28 February 1920
The new Reform Scheme does not appeal to Noel very much and he would not recommend anyone being posted in India. The policy towards reform has stirred national aspirations in India. He is going to be transferred in April to a sub-division which he is not happy about. He expects to get home early next year but only for 9 months as there is a backlog of leave to get through. His mother Edith is currently in Las Palmas to escape the conditions in England.
