Spectators watch the horse racing from a grandstand. The viewing box has several tiered levels accessible by stairs, and a roof supported by a row of columns. There is an entrance/exit tunnel at the base of the spectator stand. Both men and women are watching the race, the women are dressed in long dresses and decorative bonnets while the men are in full suits and hats.
