  • These photographs cover periods of George "Jim" Grundy's years in East Africa. The albums date from his earliest years in Kenya, and contain images of his engineering work, landscapes, local wildlife and his friends. The later loose photographs depict his work on various mining operations pre and post WW2. Additional albums covering Grundy's life and work throughout the 1930s and 40s were retained by his family.
